**4. Lead Orders Fulfillment**

For lead orders, we aim to fulfill the orders within 6 weeks from the date of purchase. However, please note that lead flow is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions and availability. While we strive to meet this timeframe, we cannot guarantee the exact timing of lead delivery.

Certain lead orders may be replaced but not refunded in the event of an invalid telephone number.

**5. Subscription Cancellation**

To cancel subscriptions, we require written notice via email at least 14 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Upon receipt of the cancellation request, we will process the cancellation accordingly.
